Current Research

My current research involves developing statistical methodologies for marker gene mining and deconvolution in bulk RNA-seq to study human cellular heterogeneity. This research is crucial for understanding the cellular composition of human metastatic cancers.

Past Research

Previously, I have worked on gene-regulatory networks, variance computation methods for multiple causal effect estimation approaches in observational studies, and source selection methods for community-wide microbial source tracking.
